About a year ago, a unit in my coworker’s apartment building had a fire, which caused a flood in his apartment. The coworker recently moved to Chicago from Wisconsin, and when he filed the claim, the agent (NOT McHugh Ins. Agency) said that my coworker’s address change paperwork had been lost and his claim would be denied. Mike gave detailed instructions on a multifaceted approach to go about addressing this situation, despite the fact that the person was not a client.
